These terms and conditions and the documents referred to below (the "Terms") apply to the use of SubwayMoney™️ and its services.
You should carefully review these Terms, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations regarding the use of the site and form a legally binding agreement between you - our client (the "Client") and us. By using this Site and/or accessing SubwayMoney™️, whether you are a guest or a registered user with an account ("Account"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any changes that may be published from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms, you should refrain from accessing and using the Site.
We reserve the right to review and change the terms of service (including any documents referred to and linked below) at any time. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions. Changes will be binding and will take effect immediately after publication on this Site. If you object to any changes, you must immediately stop using SubwayMoney™️ and request account closure. Your continued use of the Site after such publication will indicate your agreement to be bound by the Terms as amended.
You acknowledge that at all times when accessing the site and using SubwayMoney™️ for any reason:
3.1. Do not defraud our affiliate, betting or deposit system at any time. Subject to analysis with settlement of debts for improper gains or account suspension.
3.2. You must be of legal age. You should not access the site or bet on SubwayMoney™️ if you are not 18 years old, subject to money retention until you turn 18 and we do not change data for third parties of legal age.
3.3. You have been banned for any reason previously.
3.4. You cannot use a VPN, proxy or similar services or devices that mask or manipulate your real identification.
3.5. You make deposits on the site through your registered account on the site.
3.6. You must make all payments to us in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action that will cause such payment to be reversed by a third party.
3.7. When betting, you may lose part or all of your money deposited in SubwayMoney™️ according to these Terms and you will be fully responsible for such loss.
3.8. You are not acting on behalf of another party or for commercial purposes, but only in your own name on behalf of an individual in a personal capacity.
3.9. You must not attempt to manipulate any market or element within SubwayMoney™️ in bad faith or in a way that adversely affects the integrity of SubwayMoney™️.
3.10. You must generally act in good faith towards us at SubwayMoney™️ at all times and for all bets placed on SubwayMoney™️.
3.11. You, or, if applicable, your employees, employers, agents or family members, are not registered as an Affiliate in our Affiliate program.
4.1. You must not use SubwayMoney™️ if:
4.1.1. If you are under 18 years old (or underage, as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) or if you are not legally capable of entering into a legally binding agreement with us or you acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, a person under 18 years old (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you)
4.1.2. If you already have an active registration, we only authorize 1 registration per identification number. If you make another registration in your name or that of third parties and you pay in that third party's account.
4.1.3. If you are a resident of one of the following countries, or access the Site from one of the following countries:
United States and territories of the United States,
France and its territories,
Netherlands and its territories and countries that form the Kingdom of the Netherlands, including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao.
Australia and its territories,
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland,

4.1.4. Collect names, email addresses and/or other information from other Clients by any means (for example, sending spam);
4.1.5. disrupt or affect or unduly influence the activities of other players or partners or the operation of SubwayMoney™️ in general;
4.1.6. to promote unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links and other forms of solicitation that may be removed from SubwayMoney™️ without prior notice, in cases of fraud;
4.1.7. any form that, in completed analysis, is found to be an attempt to: (i) deceive SubwayMoney™️ or another client using SubwayMoney™️ as misleading advertising; or (ii) conspire with any other player or affiliate using SubwayMoney™️ to obtain an unfair advantage;
4.1.8. defraud the betting system or violate any of our Intellectual Property Rights; or
4.1.9. for any illegal activity.
4.2. You cannot sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor can you acquire a player account from a third party.
4.3. You cannot, in any way, transfer balance between player accounts.
4.4. We may immediately terminate your account by notifying you by email or WhatsApp if you use SubwayMoney™️ for unauthorized purposes. We may also take legal action against you for doing so under certain circumstances.
4.5. Company employees, their licensees, subsidiaries, advertising, or other agencies, media partners, contractors and immediate family members of each are NOT allowed to use SubwayMoney™️ with real money without the prior consent of the marketing manager. If such activity is discovered, the account(s) will be terminated immediately and all bonuses/gains will be lost.
You agree that at all times when using SubwayMoney™️:
5.1. We reserve the right to refuse registrations and/or deposits from any person who falls under our private policy. We reserve that registrations or refunded deposits, SubwayMoney™️ has no obligation to communicate a specific reason.
5.2. Before registering, depositing or withdrawing, you must be aware and read and accept these Terms. In case of suspicions of multiple accounts, deposit by third parties or any other suspicion, you will go through a preliminary analysis and if necessary, it will be necessary to provide an identity document and provide valid proof of identification and any other document deemed necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, a photo ID (copy of passport, driver's license or national identity card) and a recent utility bill listing your name and address as proof of residence. We reserve the right to suspend betting or restrict account options on any Account until the necessary information is received. This procedure is done in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and legal requirements for combating money laundering. In addition, you will need to fund your service account using the payment methods defined in the payment section of our website.
5.3. You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address and update this information in the future to keep it accurate. It is your responsibility to keep your contact data updated in your account. Not doing so may result in you not receiving important notifications and information related to our account, including changes we make to these Terms. We identify and communicate with our customers through their registered email address. It is the Client's responsibility to maintain an active and exclusive email account, to provide us with the correct email address and notify the Company of any changes to their email address.
5.4. You only have the right to register one account for SubwayMoney™️, this rule applies to players and affiliates. Accounts are subject to closure if it is found that you have multiple accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, linked persons and/or third parties operating on your behalf.
5.5. To ensure the security of both, in cases of suspected fraudulent deposits or made by third parties, we will need to confirm your identity, we may request that you provide us with additional personal information, such as your first and last name, or use any third-party supplier information that we deem necessary. If any additional personal information is obtained through third-party sources, we will inform you about the data obtained.
5.6. You must keep your login password for SubwayMoney™️ confidential. As long as the account information with any problem is provided correctly, we have the right to assume that bets, deposits and withdrawals were made by you. We advise you to change your password regularly and never reveal it to any third party. It is your responsibility to protect your password and any failure to do so will be at your own risk and expense. You can log out of the site at the end of each session. If you believe any of your account information is being misused by third parties, or your account has been hacked or your password has been discovered by third parties, you must notify us immediately. You must notify us if your registered email address has been hacked, we may, however, require you to provide additional information/documentation so that we can verify your identity. We will immediately suspend your account once we are aware of such an incident. Meanwhile, you are responsible for all activities on your account including third-party access, regardless of whether their access was authorized by you.
5.7. You must not make complaints or initiate defamation against the company before seeking live support or the marketing team, if your account has been suspended, balance corrected or is under review. The damages will be attributed to you who made the payment via payment information and due to Central Bank requirements, despite you putting some false identification number on the site, when you make the payment we have all the necessary data to collect the damages attributed to the company.
5.8. We only receive deposits via payment information and withdrawals are only via payment information, both mediated by a third-party payment institution.
5.9. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and/or debit withdrawals and available balance in the fake account of affiliates who are defrauding the system to obtain gain above gain.
5.10. After your registration and deposit, we may contact you to request more information and/or documentation from you so that we can fulfill our regulatory and legal obligations.
6.1. You have the right to request a refund if you do not place any bets after the deposit. Contact live support in the bottom right corner of the game screen.
6.2. Duplicate accounts, in the name of third parties, deposits made by third parties and fraud are subject to ban without refund.
6.3. We may close or suspend an Account if you are not or we reasonably believe you are not complying with these Terms, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service or if we have other reasons for doing so. We cannot always give you advance notice. If we close or suspend your account due to you not complying with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and retain any money in your account (including the deposit).
6.4. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice and return all balance. Contractual obligations already due will, however, be honored.
6.5. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet at any time for any reason, including any bet considered fraudulent to circumvent our betting limits, such as creating new accounts and using third parties for these new accounts, will be subject to our system regulations.
6.6. If any amount is incorrectly credited to your account, it will remain our property and when we become aware of any error, we will notify you and the amount will be withdrawn from your account.
6.7. If, for any reason, you make a withdrawal on behalf of third parties or with fraud, you will be in debt to us for the amount withdrawn.
6.8. You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors regarding your account.
6.9. Remember that betting is purely for entertainment and pleasure and you should stop as soon as it stops being fun. Any loss of money is your responsibility.
6.10. You cannot transfer, sell or pledge your account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including, but not limited to, account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims relating to such assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition of such transfers also includes, but is not limited to, encumbrance, seizure, assignment, usufruct, trading, brokerage, mortgage and/or donation in cooperation with a trustee or any other third party, company, individual or legal entity, foundation and/or association in any form or manner.
6.11. If you wish to close your account with us, contact our live support on the site.
6.12. When making a deposit, the player will receive the value of their deposit as real balance (money). If you activated a bonus during the deposit, the bonus money will be added to your bonus balance. The real money balance (money) can only be requested when it reaches the betting limit, which will be equal to 2 times the deposit amount before you can withdraw it.
7.1. Inactive accounts for more than 1 month will have $10 deducted, if the same occurs for 3 months, the account will be deleted.
8.1. All deposits must be made from a bank account with payment information registered in your own name, and any deposits made by third parties will require proof of the depositor and the bettor, as per the clauses below
8.2. Fees and charges may be applied to customer deposits and withdrawals, which can be found on the Site. In most cases, we absorb transaction fees for deposits to your SubwayMoney™️ account. You are responsible for your own banking charges that you may incur due to depositing funds with us.
8.3. The company is not a financial institution and uses third-party electronic payment processors to process deposits via payment information; they are not processed directly by us. If you deposit any balance in SubwayMoney™️, the maximum time to add to your account is 2 minutes. If it takes more than 5 minutes and this is not resolved, call live support with the payment receipt.
8.6. Deposits from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities should not be deposited in SubwayMoney™️, in case of suspicion, refund and ban is immediate. We add that a report will be made and delivered to the local police about the incident.
9.1. You can withdraw all unused and released balance in your player account by sending a withdrawal request according to our withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is $50.
9.2. We will not make refunds in case of any bets after deposits.
9.3. We reserve the right to request photo identification, address confirmation or perform additional verification procedures (request your selfie, schedule a verification call etc.) for identity verification purposes before granting any withdrawals from your account. We also reserve the right to perform identity verification at any time while you have your account active.
9.4. All withdrawals must be made via payment information. Clients with higher amounts ($1,000) will be subject to additional security and fraud prevention verifications.
9.5. If you want to withdraw the available balance, but your account is inaccessible, inactive, blocked or closed, contact our Customer Service Department.
9.7. Note that we cannot guarantee payment of withdrawals or refunds in case you violate the restricted use policy indicated in Clauses 3.3 and 4.
10.1. You are fully responsible for paying all amounts due to us in case of invalid winnings and account balance that is not sufficient for payment. You must make all payments to us in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action that will cause such payment to be reversed by a third party to avoid a legitimately incurred liability. You will reimburse us for any chargebacks, defamation, refusal or reversal of payment that you make and any loss suffered by us as a consequence of this. We reserve the right to also impose an administration fee of $100, or the equivalent in currency for chargeback, refusal or reversal of payment that you make.
10.2. We reserve the right to use third-party electronic payment processors and/or commercial banks to process payments made by you and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions, provided they are made aware to you and those terms do not conflict with these Terms.
10.3. All transactions made on our site may be verified to prevent money laundering or terrorism financing activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the competent authority.
10.4. Payments made by third parties may enter manual review in case of withdrawal, with documents from the depositor, IP address and personal data being requested to prove that it was really in good faith. Otherwise, the account may be suspended.
11.1. In case of error or malfunction of our system or processes, all bets will be voided. You have the obligation to inform us immediately as soon as you become aware of any error with SubwayMoney™️. In case of communication or system errors or bugs or viruses that occur in connection with SubwayMoney™️ and/or payments made to you as a result of a defect or error in SubwayMoney™️, we will not be responsible to you or third parties for any costs, expenses, losses or direct or indirect claims arising from or resulting from such errors, and we reserve the right to void all bets in question and take any other action to correct such errors.
11.2. We make every effort to ensure that we do not make errors in delivering the bet result. However, if as a result of human error or system problems, a bet is accepted with the value: clearly incorrect, given the chance to appeal to support that occurred at the time the bet was made, we reserve the right to cancel or void that bet.
11.3. We have the right to withdraw account balance or cancel withdrawal from you any amount paid in excess and adjust your Account to rectify any error. An example of such an error may be when the bet winnings are incorrect. If there are insufficient funds in your account, we may require you to pay us the relevant pending amount related to any bets or wrong bets. Thus, we reserve the right to cancel, reduce or delete any pending plays, and suspend the account if placed with winnings from the error or not.
12.1. Winnings on any bet will be determined immediately, and in cases of suspected fraud they will be voided and your balance reduced.
12.2. All bets are subject to analysis within 72 hours, will be credited to the account, but we may retain the amount won through fraud. Within 72 hours after analysis of possible fraud and if confirmed, we will only reset/correct the results due to error, system error or errors committed by the reference results source.
12.3. We reserve the right to retain balance and ban in cases of fraud involving multiple accounts with the same owner, multiple accounts where the depositing payer is not the same registered on the site, bug abuse and any fraud against our system.
13.1. All communications and notifications to be given by you under these Terms to us will be sent using the live chat available in the bottom right corner of the site, or via email.
13.2. All communications and notifications to be given under these Terms by us to you must, unless otherwise specified in these Terms, be posted on the Site and/or sent to the registered email address that is expected in our system for the relevant Client. The method of such communication will be at our sole and exclusive discretion.
13.3. All communications and notifications to be given under these Terms by you or by us must be made in writing in English and must be provided from and to the email address registered in your account.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to a Force Majeure event that could reasonably be considered beyond our control, despite our implementation of preventive measures such as: an act of God; commercial or labor dispute; power outage; act, failure or omission of any government or authority; obstruction or failure of telecommunications services; or any other delay or failure caused by third parties, and we will not be responsible for any resulting loss or damage you may suffer. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring liability.
15.1. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (DIRECT OR INDIRECT) THAT YOU MAY SUFFER IF WE DO NOT FULFILL OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS UNLESS WE BREAK ANY DUTIES IMPOSED BY LAW (INCLUDING IF CAUSING DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY BY OUR NEGLIGENCE) IN THAT CASE WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU IF THAT FAILURE IS ATTRIBUTED TO: (I) YOUR OWN FAULT; (II) A THIRD PARTY DISCONNECTED FROM OUR PERFORMANCE OF THESE TERMS (FOR EXAMPLE PROBLEMS DUE TO COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK PERFORMANCE, CONGESTION AND CONNECTIVITY OR THE PERFORMANCE OF YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT); OR (III) ANY OTHER EVENTS THAT NEITHER WE NOR OUR SUPPLIERS COULD HAVE FORESEEN OR FORESEEN EVEN IF WE OR THEY HAD REASONABLE CARE. AS THIS SERVICE IS FOR CONSUMER USE ONLY, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS LOSS OF ANY KIND.
15.2. IN THE EVENT THAT WE ARE LIABLE FOR ANY EVENT UNDER THESE TERMS, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED (A) THE VALUE OF THE BETS AND OR BETS THAT YOU PLACED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT IN RELATION TO THE RELEVANT BET/BET OR PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE RELEVANT LIABILITY, OR (B) $50 IN TOTAL, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
15.3. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU (I) TAKE CARE TO VERIFY THE ADEQUACY AND COMPATIBILITY OF THE SERVICE WITH YOUR OWN COMPUTER EQUIPMENT BEFORE USE; AND (II) TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT AGAINST HARMFUL PROGRAMS OR DEVICES, INCLUDING INSTALLING ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE.
16.1. If we suspect that you are under 18 years old (or underage, as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) when you made any bet, your account will be suspended (blocked) to prevent you from placing any other bets or making any withdrawals from your account. We will then investigate the matter, including whether you are betting as an agent or on behalf of a person under 18 years old (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you). If having discovered that you: (a) are currently; (b) Were under 18 years old or below the age of majority that applies to you at the relevant time; or (c) Have bet as an agent for or at the request of a person under 18 years old or below the applicable age of majority:
All winnings currently or due to be credited to your account will be retained and you will be banned until you turn 18 years old;
All winnings obtained from bets through SubwayMoney™️ while underage must be paid to us on demand (if you do not comply with this provision, we will seek to recover all costs associated with recovering such amounts);
Any amounts deposited in your account that are not winnings will be retained until you turn 18 years old at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deduct payment transaction fees from the amount to be returned, including transaction fees for deposits to your SubwayMoney™️ account that we cover.
16.2. This condition also applies to you if you are over 18 years old, but are making your bets within a jurisdiction that specifies an age higher than 18 years for legal betting and you are below that minimum legal age in that jurisdiction.
16.3. In case we suspect that you are violating the provisions of this Clause or are trying to circumvent the clauses for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right to take any necessary action to investigate the matter, including informing the relevant law enforcement agencies. If the action is proven, the ban is permanent on all accounts you are involved in.
We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any Client involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. We will withhold payment from any Client where there is suspicion of any of them. The Client shall indemnify and be responsible for paying us on demand all costs, charges or losses suffered or incurred by us (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from fraud, dishonesty or criminal act of the Client. We emphasize that the account will be permanently banned, without right to refund.
18.1. Any unauthorized use of our name and logo may result in legal action and site ban against you.
18.2. Between us and you, we are the sole owners of the rights to SubwayMoney™️, our technology, software and business systems (the "Systems"), as well as our odds. You must not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (such as selling your status update to an advertiser); and when selecting a partner user for your account, we reserve the right to remove or recover it if we deem appropriate.
18.3. You cannot use our URL, trademarks, trade names and/or visual identity, logos and/or our odds in connection with any product or service that is not ours, that in any way may cause confusion among Clients or in public or that in any way denigrates us.
18.4. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we and our licensors do not grant you any express authorization or implied rights, license, title or interest in the Systems or Marks and all such rights, licenses, title and interest are specifically retained by us and our licensors. You agree not to use any automatic system or manual device to monitor or copy web pages or content within SubwayMoney™️. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action against you.
19.1. Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access and use SubwayMoney™️ for your personal non-commercial purposes only. Our license to you terminates if our contract with you under these Terms terminates.
19.2. Except in relation to your own content, you may not, under any circumstances, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from or in any other way exploit, SubwayMoney™️ and/or any content contained therein or the software contained therein, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or otherwise on the Site. No information or content on the Service or made available to you in connection with SubwayMoney™️ may be modified or altered, merged with other data or published in any way, including, for example, screenshots or databases and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganize or manipulate such information or content.
19.3. Any non-compliance by you with this Clause may also be a violation of our or third parties' intellectual property and other property rights that may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability in addition to immediate account suspension.
20.1. For your protection and the protection of all our Clients, the publication of any content on SubwayMoney™️, as well as conduct related to it and/or SubwayMoney™️, that is in any way illegal, inappropriate or undesirable is strictly prohibited ("Prohibited Behavior").
20.2. If you engage in any prohibited behavior, or we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are engaging in Prohibited Behavior, your Account and/or your access may be terminated immediately without prior notice. Legal action may be taken against you by another Client, another third party, enforcement authorities and/or us in relation to you having engaged in Prohibited Behavior.
20.3. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, accessing or using SubwayMoney™️ to: promote or share information that you know to be false, misleading or illegal; engage in any illegal or unlawful activity, such as, but not limited to, any activity that promotes or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise, violates the privacy or other rights of another Client or any third party or that creates or spreads computer viruses; harming minors in any way is subject to ban;
Disclose any content that the user does not have the right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, including, without limitation, any content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property and property rights;
Disclose any content or material that contains any software virus or other computer or programming code (including HTML) designed to interrupt, destroy or alter the functionality of SubwayMoney™️, its presentation or any other website, software or computer hardware;
Interfere, disrupt or reverse engineer SubwayMoney™️ in any way, including, without limitation, intercepting, emulating or redirecting communication protocols used by us, creating or using cheats, mods or hacks or any other software designed to modify SubwayMoney™️, or using any software that intercepts or collects information from or through SubwayMoney™️;
Retrieve or index any information from SubwayMoney™️ using any robot, spider or other automated mechanism;
Participate in any activity that, in our sole and unrestricted discretion, results or may result in another Client being defrauded or deceived;
Disclose any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or mass correspondence, Do not lie in disclosure about our service provision, you will be investigated and may have your account suspended or money debited in cases of fake copywritings
Create Accounts on the Site by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses; impersonate another Client or any other third party, or any other act or thing that we reasonably consider contrary to our business principles.
The above list of Prohibited Behaviors may be modified by us at any time or from time to time. We reserve the right to investigate and take all actions that, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate or necessary according to the circumstances, including, without limitation, the deletion of post(s) from SubwayMoney™️ and/or terminate your Account, and take any action against any Client or third party that directly or indirectly, or knowingly allows any third party, directly or indirectly, to engage in Prohibited Behavior, with or without notice to such Client or third party.

Links to these sites are provided only for the convenience of Clients and are in no way investigated, monitored or verified for accuracy or integrity by us. Links to these sites do not imply any endorsement on our part and/or any affiliation with the linked sites or their content or their owners). We have no control or responsibility for availability nor for their accuracy, completeness, accessibility and usefulness. Thus, when accessing these sites, we recommend that you take the usual precautions when visiting a new site, including reviewing their privacy policy and terms of use
22.1. If you have any concerns or questions about these terms, contact our Customer Service Department through the support tab on the site and the live chat in the bottom right corner of the screen.
22.2. WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY WHEN RESPONDING TO ANY COMPLAINT WE RECEIVE OR TAKING ACTION IN RELATION TO IT.
22.3. If a Client is not satisfied with how a bet was settled, the client must provide details of their complaint to our Customer Service Department. We will use our reasonable efforts to respond to questions of this nature 24 hours a day, but in case of analysis and higher balances it will be forwarded to the administrative sector and resolved within 1 day.
22.4. Complaints must be submitted within three (3) days from the date the bet or deposit in question was decided. No complaint will be honored after this period. The customer is solely responsible for their account and acts. transactions.
22.5. In case of a complaint between you and us, our Customer Service Department will try to reach an agreed solution. If our Customer Service Department cannot reach an agreed solution with you, the matter will be forwarded to our administration.

Neither these Terms nor any of the rights or obligations contained herein may be assigned by you without our prior written consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
